The Prince George's Community Church was organized in 2000 by a group of 40 dedicated followers of Christ who had a vision. During the first year of its existence the church met at the Christian Community Presbyterian Church in Bowie.

On Sunday, March 25, 2001, we moved into our new home at Charles Herbert Flowers High School. Since that time we have witnessed God add to our numbers. Currently, there are nearly 280 members of our church. Read more>>>

  • 15FEB6th Annual PGCC African-American History Contest

    Our Annual Essay competition is underway. Contest winners will be awarded $4,000 in U.S. Savings Bonds on February 15, 2010. All high school students who attend PGCC as well as students from Flowers High School are eligible to participate. For contest rules please contact Pastor Thompson, Jr. The theme for this year's essay is How does the Stufy of African-American History Help me to Overcome Adversity in my life.
