The Youth Ministry will start collecting items for New Orleans tour. We are requesting that you contact your pastors and place of employment, about placing a box at a central location to collect these items. We are NOT requesting clothes at this time. • APRIL: Paper Products (towel paper, paper towels, plate, etc.); and Toiletries (toothpaste, tooth- brushes, soap etc.)
• MAY: Women Products (combs, brushes, lotion, etc.); Towels (wash cloth, bath towels, bath sheets, etc.)
• JUNE: Bottle Water 1000 bottles/case; Men Products (shaving lotion, razor, combs, brushes, etc.)
• JULY: Cleansing Products (dishwashing liquid, Ajax, etc.); Household Products (pots, pan, etc.).

We meet on the 3rd Sunday of each month directly after Worship in the black box theater. All young ladies ages 11-18 (Mon, Auntie, Grandma, and other female mentors) are invited to attend.

Wednesday Nights 9:00 p.m. Student Life Bible Study. The college ministry will host Bible Study every Wednesday night during the spring semester at Carver Hall on the campus of Howard University, at 211 Elm Street Nw. Washington DC 20001. Jul. 12-17, 2007 New Orleans Mission Trip. Many lives are still affected by the effects of Hurricane Katrina. Our Youth Ministry will answer to call to service in the New Orleans area. This will be a life changing experience for the youth of our church. An information meeting will be forthcoming, however we begin our efforts by collecting shoes, pants, and shirts and ties for the entire month of February. The cost for each participant is 300.00 for the seven day mission. Donations will be accepted as we prepare our youth to adhere to this call. For more information please contact Rev.
