The purpose of ministry at PGCC is to glorify God. The administration ministry accomplishes this by providing pulpit coordination support. The ministry also plans, solicits participation from members, and organizes many of the various pulpit functions, such as reading of the Scripture and Statement of Faith. The ministry is also responsible for:
- Design and production of weekly Worship Guide
- Design and production of special programs and informational flyers
- Purchase of supplies for bulletin, Greeters and membership envelopes
- Coordinates new member activities, i.e., welcome letters, new member's class
The Administration Ministry consists of several roles and activities that support the body of Christ by providing assistance to the Pastor, the Steering Committee, and Ministry Heads to aid in the management and communications functions of the Church.

This Ministry provides a range of clerical and facilitative services in support of the Church’s mission. These include general secretarial support, the production of the weekly Church Bulletin, handling of New Member correspondence, coordination of the New Member Brunch, design and production of special notices/flyers, and documentation of Baptisms and other important events.

Members/Friends Data Base Ministry:
This Ministry supports the mission of the Church by maintaining and managing the official church data base containing pertinent information about members, candidates for membership, and church friends. The data base includes contact information that is used for the Church Directory, mailings and other communications. It also includes information on the interests and talents of members that is useful in sharing skills and networking and in building ministries to meet needs.
