  Deacons Ministries

Deacons assist the Pastor in the nurturing of the congregation.The office of Deacon is one of sympathy, witness, and service after the example of Jesus Christ. Deacons minister to those who are in need, to the sick, to the friendless, and to any who may be in distress. They also assist in the serving of Communion. They encourage spiritual growth by actions and deed.  Deacons are elected and ordained for this lifetime office.
