Fitness Challenge Are you ready to live a healthier life?
Are your sick and tired of making that same resolution, year after year, to lose weight, eat right, exercise more?
If the answers to those questions are yes, then you are ready for the fitness challenge

The Challenge

  • Challenge your thoughts –
    Ask yourself “Why Am I Eating This?”
  • Challenge your body –
    Increase your physical activity
  • Challenge your habits –
    Healthier living is a lifestyle change – be consistent
  • Challenge your faith –
    Know that God is able. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (Philippians 4:13)
